Daisies
The girls had their first ever ballet recital. After saying for months that they did not want to be signed up again for ballet, they have reconsidered with help from the success of their dance debut and the roses they received from their admirers.

Digger Heaven
This digger has many great sounds, Linus' favorite being the backup beeping. The parents' favorite is the 25 seconds of quiet we get each hour when Linus is distracted by another toy.

No problem-o
Last year Linus did not want anything to do with his birthday cake. He even had two separate chances. This year he snarfed it up before I even finished serving everyone the cake. (Granted we all had specific requests as to which part of the cake we wanted.)

Linus' birthday cake this year is his favorite vehicle, a digger. Can you name all the different goodies that went into making it?

Portraits
One day the girls decided to draw pictures of Linus from a photo we had laying around the house. M pointed out to me the border she made which represents the stitching of the frame. She also chose to add some ear wax which is not present in the photo. Z made a point of showing me the teeth that she drew, the lines on his shirt, and also his arms.
