With William
We were in St. Louis recently and Grandma and Grandpa were watching Willie for a few days. Linus was getting very affectionate with him. I think his open mouth approaches were really just him going in for a Willie nose sandwich (since we wouldn't let him eat Willie's dog food.)

Helping Daddy
Matthew tackled the second of his pluming repairs by replacing our leaking kitchen faucet. In the first picture, Linus is getting a few pointers. In the second, he is giving a few of his own.

A hard time
Poor Lino was having a difficult evening as we were trying to get the months old shot. Usually I do this in the morning but it had slipped past me much too quickly. It just so happens that this is also the response we get the instant he sees his bottle or food.

Zaeta & Mofie Bake a Cake
The girls were eagerly helping Matthew bake my birthday cake, both repeating lines and actions from one of their favorite stories, "Flicka, Ricka, & Dicka Bake a Cake", which is about the three girls' adventures baking a cake with their Aunt Betty for their mother's birthday.

Opening Mommy's mail
The kids climbed in bed with me this morning to help me open my birthday cards and gifts. Linus was especially enjoying the envelopes.

Working on their computers
The girls were busy for a few days using their "stuff" boxes as laptops. They were carrying them to different places to set them up. The power cord is hanging down from the back and the sewing card is the mouse. Zofie is busy cleaning her screen.

Sill sucker
Linus is in prime mouthy stage right now. Here Linus is sampling the window sill. Luckily for us, he prefers larger things and really hasn't yet gone for the bits on the floor.

Pulling up
For about a month Linus has been busy pulling up on things. In fact, about one week after this picture was taken I was loading the dishwasher and talking to Matthew. We both had Linus on the parent sensor, knowing he was at our feet and not in any mischief. A short second later we both glanced down to see Linus standing on the dishwasher door holding on to the top rack. Yikes!

Sleepy boy
It is not often that Linus is sleeping so soundly when we go into him at the end of his nap time. His boisterous sisters are usually in tow to help get him up.
